Bio
A Montrose native, Annette is comfortable in the mountains and has been a stone lover her whole life. Heavily into rock relocation, she has moved tons of stone from all over the United States to her home in the Poconos. Working with semi-precious beads has improved her life quality. Annette has a degree in elementary education which has proved helpful in class situations. Crafty from the start, beading is a relatively new addiction in her portfolio. As co-owner of Beads & Crystals, you'll find her supporting your habit and answering your questions.

Having worked in polymer clay for many years, Hazel has attended workshops and classes with experts Nan Roche, Donna Kato, and Lindly Haunani to name a few!
She is accomplished in many clay techniques including Caning, Mokume Gane, Faux Techniques, Skinner Blend, Transfers, Inlay, etc. Hazel's classes are full of
information and lots of rowdy fun!

Bio
A southwest Ohio native, Ruth has lived in the Scranton area for 15 years. As a child, she helped her contractor father build houses, and has had a lifelong interest in learning to design, build and create new things of all types. Often called a pioneer, she was the first to bring a full-service teaching and supply bead store to Northeast Pennsylvania.With her partner Annette, she opened Beads & Crystals in 2004. In 2005, she suffered an aneurysm two months after opening the store. Working in the store has been the best rehabiliation she could have had. She credits her steady recovery to the understanding and compassion of her loyal customers.

Bio
Sue was inspired to start beading after admiring beaded items at a pow-wow she attended with a friend. She first learned how to do beaded weaving on a loom. From there she started stringing. She found her real passion when she beaded an ornament for Christmas. Since then she has made ornaments in a multitude of patterns and adaptations. She is always on the lookout for new unique patterns.
